NEW 12 Week RACE5 Training Programme
 
We have created a 12 Week Training Programme to support your preparation for YOUR RACE5.

It is aimed at beginner and intermediate levels of fitness, and the four phases are designed to get you to the start line feeling fitter, stronger, confident and energised 🚀
 
You can use the programme whenever it suits you as you get ready for your RACE5 on Sunday 24 August.

But, you don't have to be racing!! You can use this programme to give structure to your training, and as a way to improve your running and cardiovascular fitness, together with strength and endurance!
 
Available for £50 you can follow this
one-time download in your own time, with no specialist equipment!
